These sprints are short-term engagements focused on key strategic deliverables to get you unstuck based on your current traction.

    • 6-week sprint to discover the right growth levers given your traction, market, and customers.

    • Execution-ready package to increase revenue.

    • 1 month execution guidance so you have everything you need to get on the right path.

    • Sprint planning: We set targets for revenue and your north star metric, pick priorities and discuss strategy esp. what isn’t working for you.

    • Wk 1-2: I conduct a rapid review of your customers, competitors and current marketing funnel / flywheel. I build upon what you have (e.g. customer discovery, product usage, previous tests, Google analytics).

    • Wk 3-4: We (re-)discover your (best) customer segments and (re-)position your product for highest revenue potential from them, aligned with your values and mission.

    • Wk 5: I review the full funnel to identify the top opportunities e.g. where we can reach them, how to convert them, increase revenue, and inspire referrals.

    • Wk 6: I build a plan with execution-ready materials to improve the north start metric we agreed upon.

    Our process: I collaborate with you through customized exercises and asynchronous ‘assignments’ (for both of us!) to develop a customer-obsessed, data-backed 3-month execution-ready marketing package.
